Cosmetic Dentistry Checklist
The
following checklist will help you to find the right cosmetic dentist for you. It is a good
idea to print out and take this list with you when first consulting with a prospective
dentist for cosmetic procedures. The checklist is available both in web page format
and in Adobe Acrobat format. While the web page is great for quick viewing, you'll want to
use the Acrobat format for printing. Adobe Acrobat comes preinstalled on most
computers today, so you shouldn't have much trouble using the "print version"
checklists.
